Service Payments

• Payments made for monthly packages are non-refundable once the service is activated.

• Advance payments cannot be transferred to another month or user.
  
  

Installation Charges

• Installation fees are non-refundable after the connection is completed.

• If the installation cannot be completed due to technical limitations, a full refund of installation advance will be provided.
  
  

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Service never started after payment

• Technical limitations prevent activation

• Duplicate payments were made accidentally
  
  

Equipment Refund

• Purchased equipment (router/ONU) can be refunded only if returned unused and in original packaging within 3 days.

• Used equipment is non-refundable but may be covered by warranty.
  
  

Service Issues

• Temporary service downtime is not eligible for refunds.

• Our support team will assist until the issue is resolved.
