Service Usage

• Services may only be used for legal and ethical purposes.

• Users must not engage in hacking, spamming, fraud, or any activities prohibited by the laws of Bangladesh.

• Excessive misuse or network abuse may result in temporary suspension.
  
  

Installation & Equipment

• Installation charges are applicable depending on location and package selection.

• Any equipment (ONU, router, cables) provided by Spark IT Net may remain property of the company unless purchased.

• Damage caused by the user will be charged accordingly.
  
  

Billing & Payments

• All bills must be paid within due dates to avoid service interruption.

• Non-payment for 7+ days may result in disconnection.

• Reconnection charges may apply.

• Advance payments are non-transferable.
  
  

Internet Speed & Fair Usage

• All speeds are provided on a “best effort” basis depending on network load and server conditions.

• Fair Usage Policy (FUP) may apply to maintain network quality for all users.
  
  

User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for securing their home network devices and WiFi passwords.

• Illegal content downloads, criminal activities, or misuse of the network is strictly prohibited.

• Government authorities may request user information if required by law.
  
  

Service Downtime

• Service interruptions may occur due to fiber cuts, power outages, maintenance, or natural causes.

• Our support team will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

• No compensation is guaranteed for unavoidable outages.
  
  

Account Termination

Spark IT Net may suspend or terminate a user account for:

• Misuse of service

• Fraudulent information

• Non-payment

• Violation of laws or BTRC regulations
  
  

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms anytime. Changes will be posted on our website.
